For everyone that has a dog, I encourage you to bring them to Meadowlake for some cooling off in the pool(its SO hot right now!)and some REAL fun to help them feel as important and loved, as they are. Meadowlake is the first place my dog ever jumped in the pool and while he has not gotten to big air yet, he LOVES playing with his friends and ruff housing!

Shakespeare has a past history of abuse at a boarding location before a foster from Houston Humane stepped up to take him a few months before we adopted him. It took nearly a month after we had adopted him for him to sleep anywhere except right by the front door. The fact that he warms up to the staff after only a day is a great sign to me. Each time he's had extended boarding stays at Meadowlake, the only place we've trusted to leave him, he has come home with much more confidence and new aspects of his personality brought out. We are really grateful for the excellent care he's received. It still breaks my heart to leave him, but we know he is going to be well taken care of and have a lot of fun!

At ten years old, my pup has stayed at several Houston dog boarding facilities, and I can honestly say she has never been happier or more secure than when she stayed at Meadowlake. The entire staff knew her name (despite having 80 dogs there at that time) and gave me reports on how she did while I was away. I definitely breathe a bit easier knowing that the Meadowlake staff loves animals as much as I do and that the facility is absolutely spotless. I also love that doggie guests have tons of green space to play in and the cats have a beautiful outdoor, covered porch to relax in the sun. I cannot recommend Meadowlake enough...the personal attention and beautiful, clean grounds are a huge reassurance to any loving pet owner.

Maggie and Spud stayed with ya'll this past weekend. I would like to let you know that I am so happy with the service that we received at Meadowlake. In the past, when I have picked them up from other facilities, their blankets and belongings stink. Both of the times that I have picked them up from Meadowlake, everything is returned clean. Spud did not have a seizure during his stay or on his return home. Once again, thank you for a great job!

What an experience!! I highly recomment Tori! She is a great trainer, and is even working with us on a meeting time for class. She made it very convenient. When I decided to get my dog trained, I though it would be just that...the dog will get trained. I was confused as to why I needed training, too. But now I understand why it is important for me, the human, and the dog to get "trained" together.

The course met once a week for 1 hour. Let me tell you...the class hour went by so quickly. We were just getting into the class when we saw that the hour was over! Tori made it fun, informative and never boring. She was never judgmental on our training abilities..or lack there of! My dog and I learned verbal commands, hand gestures, AND corrections.
