Meadowlake Activity Center

$125 per puppy

This class will focus on prevention of problem behaviors such as resource guarding, separation anxiety or aggression.  Solutions will be offered for potty training, chewing, nipping, jumping, and vet handling.  Simple obedience will be introduced for sit, down, come and place.  Socialization is emphasized during play periods.

Puppies must be at least 12 weeks old and be completely vaccinated to participate in class.

What should I bring to class?

• Soft treats that are smaill in size or easy to break without crumbling and that your dog enjoys

• 6 foot leather or nylon leash on a flat collar (Retractable leashes and pinch collars are not permitted in class)

• If this is your first visit to Meadowlake please bring a completed Owner's Agreement and your pup's vaccination records (You cannot participate in class without this paperwork) 

 How should I prepare my dog for class?

Your puppy should come to class hungry and should not have eaten at least three hours before class.  All pups should have at least one handler for the class but other family members are welcome.  Children who attend class must be able to sit through the duration of the class and not be disruptive.  We recomend that children be  over three years old to attend class.

When is payment due?

50% of the registration fee is due at the time of registration and 50% is due the first day of class.

 If you are a first time visitor to Meadowlake, please complete an Owner’s Agreement and bring in with you the first day of class.
