EDIT: Courtney gave me a call and very professionally and personally made things right with us regarding our issue I previously complained about below. Everyone we ever talk to is so nice and helpful and we LOVE getting our dog groomed here. She made me aware of the changes they made to ensure this doesn’t happen to us or anyone else going forward. If you ever consider making a grooming appointment here, I highly recommend Joy or Melissa. They get it right every time and pay great attention to the notes we give. Our dog looks incredible. Thank you Courtney, Dawn, and everyone else that has helped us! …… This is specifically regarding RESERVATIONS and the 288 location. This does not have to do with daycare/lodging or the grooming quality itself. The grooming quality is actually fantastic if you can get in with Joy or Melissa. The problem I have is that I’ve come in on the weekend for my dog’s grooming appointment TWICE with nobody inside working or taking customers at 8am. However, this is the time that the customer portal told us both times AND it’s the time that reservations told us over the phone both times! The first time it happened, we said okay mistakes happen, there was a miscommunication or something. My husband sat in the parking lot for an hour waiting for someone to come and finally around 9am somebody arrived. Last week when we scheduled my dog’s grooming appointment over the phone again, for a weekend slot, my husband was told to drop off at 8am. He mentioned that he was told that before but nobody was there and the reservations person ASSURED him that drop off began at 8am and someone would be there. Later when I received an email asking to confirm the appointment, it logged me into my portal and AGAIN said 8am. My husband was there at 8:05 this morning. You know the rest. It is a waste of our time to go out there to an empty building when we have an appointment and have to either wait or assume people will be there sometime later and come back again. Fix your portal. Fix reservations. Or fix your employee schedule. You don’t have to have drop off at 8am, I just want to be told the correct information! Please!
